Dr. Cortney Van Ausdal
Dr. Van Ausdal received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of
Akron (in conjunction with Kent State University and The Cleveland Clinic)
in 2011. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Communication Science and Disorders and a Certificate in
Latin American Studies in 2007. Dr. Van Ausdal completed her clinical
externship year at the Medical University of South Carolina from 2010-2011
immediately prior to joining the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck
Surgery as a faculty member and Manager of Rutledge Tower Audiology
Clinical Operations where she practiced from 2011-2019. She joined
Associated Otolaryngologists of Pennsylvania in the fall of 2019.
Dr. Van Ausdal received board certification through the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association in 2011 and through the American
Academy of Audiology in 2013. Her clinical interests include: audiologic
and electrophysiologic evaluations, hearing aid evaluations and fittings,
osseointegrated implantable device evaluations and fittings and vestibular
evaluations.
