FIRST OF ALL I AM SORRY THIS TOOK SO LONG.DR.ISSACSON PERFORMED STAPEDECTOMY'S ON BOTH EARS.ONE ON MY LEFT EAR ON OCTOBER 4,2004 WHICH HAD A 65% HEARING LOSS AND THE RIGHT EAR OCTOBER 5,2005 WHICH HAD A 55% HEARING LOSS.EVER SINCE DR.ISSASON PERFORMED THESE STAPEDECTOMY'S MY HEARING HAS BEEN SUPER.AS YOU CAN SEE IT'S BEEN 15 AND 14 YEARS SINCE I HAD IT DONE AND TO THIS DAY I SO VERY THANKFUL TO DR.ISSACSON AND HIS STAFF FOR A FANTASTIC JOB AND RETURNING MY HEARING TO ME.I WOULD GIVE DR.ISSACSON 10 STARS IF I COULD.LONG OVER DUE.
Dr. French fixed my sinuses! I can finally breathe like I never breathed before! He was a good sport while I cried when he was cleaning my sinuses after surgery. Made me feel comfortable and understood how anxious I was about the whole ordeal. Love Dr. French!
Thanks Dr. Shapiro my son really likes and trusts you. He felt comfortable through the whole surgery for his ear tube placement. You do a great job and are wonderful at what you do! Thanks for making everything so painless for my son and myself!
I love the honesty that Dr. Issacson provides you even if your not ready for it. He listens and cares to give the best service possible. Staff is just as caring.
Dr French is so compassionate and patient with his patients
I have really enjoyed him with all of my sinus surgery and procedures that he has done
My experience with Dr. French is by far one of the best of any doctor I have ever had. He listens well and patiently answers my questions. I feel that he truly wants to help and is kind. I had surgery by him which was very successful. I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for an ENT.
I am so very grateful for AO and Dr. Jon Isaacson for saving my hearing!. I was diagnosed with a cholesteatoma in my right ear and my hearing was becoming severely impaired. I am a professional musician and was frightened when I found out what kind of damage a tumor like this can do. I underwent two surgeries, the first to remove the cholesteatoma and receive a bone graft to repair erosion near the eardrum. The second surgery was to repair my eardrum and replace a damaged ossicle with a titanium part. I am well monitored by AO and my hearing is MUCH better! THANK YOU!
